Market rumors suggest that NVIDIA is considering taking a stake in Yoocar — the subsidiary of Wanma Technology (300698.SZ) — via a private placement or a strategic agreement transfer, investing around USD 200 million to fully support the deep adaptation of Yoocar's "Aoyun" autonomous-driving data closed-loop solution to the NVIDIA Drive Sim simulation platform and next-generation compute clusters, as well as its global capacity expansion and the Phase II scale-up of the Changzhou intelligent computing center. At the same time, Huawei's Hubble Investment is also said to have shown strong interest in Wanma's core connected-vehicle connection-management and eSIM business, and is inclined to participate as a cornerstone investor in a future private placement, bringing the company into the core supply chain of Huawei's connected-vehicle ecosystem. If both moves materialize, the two AI and smart-automotive giants would effectively achieve a strategic "dual lock-in" on Wanma Technology in the fields of "autonomous-driving data training + vehicle-side connectivity" — simultaneously securing leading autonomous-driving data iteration capabilities and massive connected-vehicle access points.
